I have waited truthfully two months to leave this review because that is how long it took my car to get “repaired”. If you take anything from this post just please NEVER NEVER NEVER bring your car here unless you’ve been wanting to test rental cars for a couple months. Before I even brought my car in I spoke with a woman on the phone who INSISTED I could not bring my car in as they had no paperwork from my insurance to get an estimate. I checked with my insurance and they confirmed it was sent over. I call again and she insists I may not bring the car in because they don’t have the paperwork. I go to the place to figure this out and she has no problem checking the car in and suddenly seems to have all of the proper paperwork. I dropped my car off on the 15th of June, it sat for a week. They inspect it and assess the damage a quote is given (around $4,000).A week later they claim to have just removed the bumper (the only place with damage) and found more extensive damage. All of this information comes from my insurances rep as Northtown never called me through this whole process. The next few weeks were met with the shop throwing out a date the car would be done then hearing nothing

I've dealt with Northtown on numerous occasions. My experience with Gigi was spectacular. She made a very stressing situation ..lesson my anxiety! Dealing with cars/trucks is very taxing (when service is required) My 2021 Jeep was handled very professionally and efficiently. If you're lucky enough to get 'assigned' with her, you were blessed. I'll keep it at 3 stars if my car would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Parts ordered days later after I brought it there. Parts arrived and no one works on the car. Update. Called again. ETA was the 21st, then the 26th or 29th. Now maybe the 1st of June. I should have taken it elsewhere.

Dont come here to fix your car. It’s been 3 weeks and theyre still fixing my car and it’s not ready for pickup. Each time I call they keep delaying my car being ready. Waste of time and money. It doesnt take this long to fix a car. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Go to your local shop cheaper and faster service!!

Brought my 2023 Civic in for a minor bumper repair following getting rear ended. The paintwork is nearly flawless, I'm incredibly happy with it. What I'm less happy about is what happened to my car after they washed it. I had a ceramic coating installed on my car shortly after buying it to protect against scratches. Whatever they used to wash my car following the paint work absolutely covered it in swirl marks and water spots, even with the ceramic coating. I'll have to polish the car to remove the swirl marks, which will remove the expensive ceramic coating in the process. When I brought my car back to address it with a manager, he deflected blame saying that the ceramic coating must not have done it's job if their wash covered it in swirl marks, pointing to other cars in the lot that have the same marks. Now, I'll be out $1,000 to have a new ceramic coating installed. If you have paint work done here it'll be great, but don't let them wash your car if you care about the finish.
